The excessive number of stairs can be exhausting!!! Consider better signage for accessing the hotel from the street, as it can feel a bit maze-like with no clear direction!!!

I had an excellent experience here, everything was wonderful, the location was brilliant not far from town centre shops, main attractions in Fira and at the far end of fira so super quiet. I enjoyed the room, it was spotless and complete with a private hot tub, a lovely terrace and a large sunken bath.

We had an very nice family stay, especially enjoying the delicious breakfast served on the terrace overlooking the caldera. The amazing views while we dined were a highlight for all of us, and the accommodations were cozy and comfortable for the whole family, including my mother.

In my wife's opinion, a kids' play area would be great.

Perfect for those who seek tranquility

The views were just unbelievable from our room. I mean, you wake up and it feels like you're on top of the world looking down on the caldera.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it's right in line.
